Fun Handprint

Fun Handprint Craft activities for infants provide little ones the opportunity to explore. We are sharing here summer crafts for infants, which helps them to learn things quickly. Encourage babies to explore and experience crafts activities; infants like to do messy stuff so let them be creative. I’m always excited to try out new art & craft ideas with the younger ones.

While you are doing a project with the baby, be prepared for the mess. Well, any age of kids can make these crafts. However, it’s perfect for little ones. Your kids are going to enjoy the activity. Also, it encourages family bonding when done with siblings or parents.

Before discussing further, let’s get straight into it.

Handprint Bear Craft

Alright, here we come up with this amazing handprint bear art for infants. Well, babies love to do messy stuff, so it would be really fun for them to make it.

Also, they learn about animals especially bears. It’s a classic project for little ones to discover colors and animals. However, little babies still need some help from an adult to make it. With just a little help from an adult, kids will have a cute handprint art masterpiece to hang anywhere in the home. Also, you’ll get appreciation from the family.

What you need

  • Canvas or thick art paper
  • Paint (in brown, green, black, and pink)
  • Paintbrush

Instructions (step by step)

Let the fun begins; paint your child’s hand light brown.

Press the hand into the center of the canva firmly and lift it up gently. Let it dry completely.

Make a tail and ears with the same color and let it dry. Use green paint to make grass and trees.

Make eyes and mouth using black paint (as you can see in the image)

You’re done!

Fun Handprint Fish Craft

It’s the perfect craft idea for summer, and kids love to do this fun activity. This handprint craft is the second in the collection and so much joy to make. Of course, it’s a handprint activity mainly for infants. However, any age of kids can enjoy making it.

Also, it helps kids to learn about fishes. You just need a few common items to start this project.

What you need

  • Canvas
  • Paint Brushes
  • Paint
  • Black Permanent Marker

Instructions (step by step)

Let’s start this by painting your child hand orange and white (as shown in the image)

Help your kid to press their hand onto the canva gently. Give a hand firmly press and gently pull up without smearing the paint.

Let it dry.

Draw bubbles, seaweed, and coral by using paintbrushes.

You can use a permanent black marker to add some details to the fish.

Draw eyes and mouth of the fish.

That’s all, you have made it.

Well, it was fun doing this art with kids. The crafts mere made with summer vacations in mind, so it would be great doing in the summer season. Also, please encourage your children to make this craft as a gift to their grandparents.
