How to Make a Hedgehog Paper Plate Craft?
Making a Hedgehog paper plate craft is a fun way to show your students or children how creative you are.
Have your kids follow the steps below to make their very own paper plate Hedgehogs!
So, gather your supplies and keep reading for the simple step by step instructions.
1. Download the Hedgehog Craft Template
Then print the craft Hedgehog Template and cut out the pieces.
2. Glue the Paper Plate
Glue the larger brown circle on the plate covering it. Then on it add another smaller circle. Lastly, draw lines beginning from the inner circle and extending outwards to the border of the larger outer circle.
(Optional: Paint the paper plate and leave it to dry before proceeding.)
3. Glue Hedgehog Arms
Attach the two arms to the hedgehog body.
4. Attach the Nose
Add both feet. Then glue on the nose.
5. Add the Eyes
Attach the eyes to their position.
6. Glue on the Ears
Glue the inner ear to the outer ear to complete the ear. Then fix the ears properly in place on the top of the head.
7. Add the Hedgehog Quills
On the back of the body that you have just prepared, you will attach the quills.
8. Attach to Paper Plate
Fasten the complete body to the paper plate.

Hedgehog Paper Plate Instructions
- Download the Hedgehog Paper Printable Template.
- Print the Hedgehog template.
- Cut it out and trace it onto the required colored paper.
- (Optional: Paint the paper plate and leave it to dry before proceeding.)
- Glue the larger brown circle on the plate covering it.
- Then on it add another smaller circle.
- Draw lines beginning from the inner circle and extending outwards to the border of the larger outer circle.
- Take the body and on it attach the two arms.
- Fix the eyes on the top and the nose including the mouth below.
