In this tutorial we will learn How to draw a teddy bear, the most favorite toys for the children. This tutorial is suitable for people of all ages. You have seen many of the kids playing with the teddy bears. Doesn’t it look adorable?

Teddy Bears

Teddy bears are one of the most favorite stuffed toys for children. The Teddy bears are so fluffy that children love to play with them. Most of the kids love to have the big furry and fluffy teddy bears for them. The teddy bears have some unique character that other toys do not have. The teddy bears help the kids to develop their imagination and cognition!

Teddy bears are the loveable gadgets one can have. These teddy bears come in different colors for example white, brown and black and many more.  Teddy bears are tremendously adorable stuffed toys that enhance the sense of sympathy in the kids. 

Draw a Teddy Bear

Kids, adults and people of all ages love to play and enjoy teddy bears. Many people decorate their kid’s rooms with the big size teddy bears. The teddy bears are the symbol of innocence and playful nature.  Let’s learn how to draw an adorable bear. 

What you need:

  1. Our printable bear drawing guide
  2. Pencils for drawing the shapes
  3. Colors for coloring the bears
  4. Paper 

How to draw a teddy bear?

STEP 1:

Draw a neat circle on the drawing paper. This will make the face of the teddy bear. Remember that it does not have to be a perfect circle and it can even be slightly oval. 

STEP 2:

Draw the cup shaped ears on the sides of the head.  Inside the ear, draw another similar tracing, so that the ears of the teddy bear look cute! 

STEP 3:

Draw a heart shape next to the face of the teddy bear. A part of the heart shape lies inside the face of the teddy bear.

STEP 4: 

Remove the lining of the face that appears inside the heart shaped figure. This step will make the teddy bear look neater. 

STEP 5:

Draw the cute rod-shaped arm and hand of the teddy bear. Extend the drawing of this hand holding the heart. And then remove the lining of the heart that appears inside hand drawing.

STEP 6:

Draw the other hand on the other side of the teddy bear. 

STEP 7:

Draw the legs of the teddy bear parallel to the arms. Draw the two parallel lines and at the end of the lines, draw a medium sized circle that will join both of the lines. Here is the complete drawing of the teddy bear. But yes! the button nose and the round eyes are absent! Don’t they?

STEP 8: 

Draw the rounded eyes in the upper quadrant of the face, and a button shaped nose with the teddy bear mouth. Encircle the mouth and nose area to complete the look of the amazing and cute teddy bear.

STEP 9:

Color the face and body of the teddy bear brown, the peculiar color of all the teddy bears. You can change the color according to your taste. Color the heart either yellow or any other color, and of course the mouth needed to be colored in red!
