Though the spelling of Play-Doh is one that has been accepted for many years, it appears that Hasbro may have made a mistake in choosing to go with this particular spelling. According to Merriam Webster’s Dictionary, playdough is the preferred spelling of the word. However, this doesn’t seem to be stopping Hasbro from continuing to use the Play-Doh spelling on their website and all of their marketing materials. So, what do you think?
