- Brown Paper Bags
- Colored Cardstock or Constuction Paper
- Glue

How to Make Lion Puppet?
This fun paper bag Lion craft is perfect for kids of all ages! All you need is a paper bag, Lion Cut Out Template, some markers, scissors, and glue. So, gather your supplies and keep reading for the simple step by step instructions.
1. Download the Printable Lion Template
Then print the Lion Paper Bag Puppet Printable.
2. Cut Out the Pieces You’ll Need.
Use scissors to cut out the sections for the Lion Paper Craft.
3. Make the Lions Face
Glue the lions’ eyes onto the face. Next attach the lions mouth towards the bottom of the face in between the eyes.
4. Make the Lions Ears
Make the lions ears by gluing the white inner ears to the orange outer ears.
5. Add the Mane
Glue the lions face onto the red mane. Then take the completed ears and glue them to each side of the lion’s head.
6. Now the Lions Nose
Add the nose and glue it at the top of the mouth. Next take the eyebrows and glue it at the top of the eyes. Glue the small hair to the mane for extra detail.
7. Glue on Lion Body
Glue the completed lion head to the flap of the brown paper bag. Then the lion body piece to the bottom part of the bag.

Lion Paper Bag Puppet Instructions
- Download the Lion Template
- Print and cut out the pieces.
- Stick the template onto the required colored paper and cut it out.
- Glue the lions’ eyes onto the face.
- Glue the lions mouth towards the bottom of the face piece, in between the eyes.
- Glue the lions face piece onto the red face piece.
- Make the lions ears by gluing the white inner ears to the orange outer ears.
- Take the completed ears and glue them to each side of the lions head.
