How to Make a Paper Bear

What do you get when you combine paper, scissors, and love? A Cute Paper Bear that is perfect to give as a gift! It’s an easy project that can be completed in just minutes. Kids, here is a craft you can do with your parents. It’s fun and easy! You only need scissors, construction paper, glue stick and a pencil. I’m going to show you how to make a bear out of paper. The bear is a symbol of strength and courage. In this tutorial you will learn that how to make this Cute Paper Bear.

Bear Facts

Bears are the largest land-based carnivores and they live around the globe. Bears can be found in North America, South America, Europe, Russia, and Asia. There are eight different species of bear and six of them live in North Africa and Europe. The brown bears live almost exclusively in the Northern Hemisphere and the black bears live in the Southern Hemisphere.

Although bears can be found in many different locations, they are most commonly found in the forest.

Cute Paper Bear

Supplies Needed:

  • Paper (Brown, Black and White)
  • Pencil
  • Scissor
  • Glue
  • Black Marker

Step 1

Draw different sizes of circles and then cut them out.

1 big brown circle for the head.

2 medium brown circles for the ears.

2 small white circles for the inner ears.

1 small black circle for the nose.

2 tiny black circles for the eyes.

1 medium white circle for the muzzle.

Step 2

Assemble the ears by gluing the inner ears on top of the large ears.

Step 3

Glue the pair of ears behind the biggest circle of the head.

Step 4

Glue the medium-sized white circle at the bottom of the face to create the muzzle. Then glue the black nose on the muzzle as showing below.

Step 5

Glue the pair of tiny black circles above the muzzle to create the eyes of the bear.

Step 6

Lastly, draw the bear’s mouth with a black marker or pen.
