How to Make a Handprint Turkey Craft?
Want to make a fun Turkey craft with your kids? Then look no further! This Handprint Turkey is perfect for all ages and can be made in just a few simple steps. So, gather your supplies and keep reading for the simple step by step instructions.
1. Download the Turkey Craft Template
Then print the Turkey Handprint pattern.
2. Cut Out the Pieces You’ll Need.
Use scissors to cut out the sections.
3. Add the Belly
Attach the light brown turkey belly to the body of the turkey.
4. Glue the Turkey’s Beak
Glue the turkey beak on the bird’s head in the center. Apply glue to the top, and side of the turkey’s beak to secure the snood.
5. Paste the Turkey’s Eyes
Glue the paper eyeballs above the beak to the turkey’s head. (Optional: use googly eyes)
6. Attach the Turkey’s Feet
Glue the yellow feet on each side of the turkey’s body’s bottom.
7. Trace your Child’s Hand
To make the turkey’s feathers, trace your child’s hand onto the colorful card stock of your choice and cut them all out.
8. Glue the Handprints
After fanning out the colored handprints, glue the finished turkey to the handprints.
