For additional decoration, you can apply decoupage or paint as desired. The hanging piece should be hung vertically, but don’t forget to secure it properly so it doesn’t shake and fall down when your child plays with it.
5. If you want the hanging mobile to have movement then place a battery inside of a piece of wood and attach the pieces in such a way that they can spin freely if rotated by hand (use something heavy like an old book).
