How to draw a raspberry?

Do you want to learn how to draw a raspberry? It’s really easy! Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be able to create your own raspberries in no time. Let’s get started!

Draw a peduncle.

Draw a peduncle with two parallel lines starting in the middle of the page.

Draw your sepals.

Draw your sepals. Create a sepal beneath the peduncle from the berry hanging from the bush, usually a portion of the sepal. Begin by drawing the sepal leaf on the left side and defining the intervein.

Draw another sepal.

Draw another sepal, representing the part of the berry hanging from the bush, as you did in step 2. This step involves drawing the sepal leaf on the right side and making the intervein in it.

Connect the elongated leaves.

Connect the elongated leaves to the peduncle along the top right corner. Nearly all of the berries will be covered with leaves.

Draw another leaf.

Draw an elongated leaf that connects to the peduncle on the top left side. Leaves almost entirely cover it.

To outline the stem and sepals of the raspberry, move to the top part of the raspberry-like in the example below.

Make the first layer of drupelets.

Several segments make up the body of a raspberry, and in this step, we will outline those segments using intersecting lines.

Add a second layer of raspberries drupelets.

Applying the second layer. Using semicircles as a guide, draw the second and third layers. Place the tops of the layers below the first layer.

Add the final three drupelets.

Finally, add only three drupelets to the bottom row, as shown in the figure. Those in the previous row should cover more of their upper portion than those in the rest.

Check your drawing.

Check your drawing to make sure it looks like this.

Grab some colored pencils and color in the raspberry.

Apply dark pink shades to the raspberry. You can also add burgundy and cherry colors to some areas. Color the berries green on top and red or pink on the bottom part.
