How to Make a Cute Bunny Rabbit Calendar Tutorial

Are you looking for a fun and easy way to decorate your home or office? Look no further than this easy step-by-step tutorial on how to make a cute bunny rabbit calendar.

Not only do these calendars look adorable, but they are also incredibly functional and perfect for keeping track of important dates and appointments.

Supplies Needed:

  • Construction Paper
  • Markers
  • Scissors
  • Ruler
  • Colored Pencils
  • Glue

Step 1:

Our first step is to cut 3 rectangles, each from different colors: blue, pink, and yellow of 11cm length and 7cm width.

They should be identical and tidy for a better and cute output. You can look at the illustration for a vivid idea.

Step 2:

Now you will have to make round outlines in the 4 corners of each colored rectangle and a square in the middle also with round corners.

Make sure the squares are all the same size and shape for all three of them and to make it easier.

You can make one and then use it to make the same square in the middle of the other two rectangles. Cut all the mentioned things.

Step 3:

In the third step, for the blue rectangle, cut two strips of blue paper and fold them in the middle.

Make another one that is smaller, about the size of the width of the rectangle. Do the same for pink and yellow ones.

These strips will hold the paper cards indicating the date, month, and day. Draw identical bunny ears and cut them out.

Step 4:

Step 4 is to apply glue on one of the outer folds and paste it on the rectangle, at the bottom, left, and right at the back.

Do this for all the rectangles. Look at the illustration because this step is a little complicated.

Step 5:

Step 5 is to draw eyes and mouths for all three. You can make eyes of your choice, circle or a wink, heart-shaped or even triangles; it is all up to you.

If you would like, you can use other color markers for the eyes and not only black, but we wanted dark eyes so we used black.

Step 6:

Take your white sheet and fold it in the middle as we have done in the illustration. As you go on with the steps, you will see it forming into a cute table calendar.

Step 7:

In this step, you might find it hard, but it is very easy and includes measurement and folding, but we can surely catch up!

Open your white sheet and mark 8.5cm on the top and bottom of the sheet and fold on the measurement.

You will see three folded lines on the paper and 4 sections. Easy until now? I hope it is!

Step 8:

Now join the two end sections together and make an edge with the middle fold do it is like a triangle or a tent.

Apply glue on the top section and paste it with the bottom section so that your result should match the illustration.

Step 9:

Flip your bunnies and apply glue on the strips we pasted in step 3. Only glue the outer surfaces of the strips and begin pasting them on the white calendar frame.

Your result should match the calendar in the figure below.

Step 10:

Make paper cards like we have and write the names of months, days, and dates for each bunny.

The first bunny will hold the date, the second will have a month and the third is for the day. Place these cards at the back of the calendar where there is a pocket.

Step 11:

Now insert these paper cards of date, month and date to each frame of the table calendar. Your cute bunny table calendar is ready.

That’s It! You have created our Cute Bunny Rabbit Calendar!

With this, you end and complete this bunny calendar craft for kids and you will love it. Place it on your worktable and reset the day date and month every day!
